This is a logo I created for the startup consulting company "Startup 4 Success". I wanted to create a professional logo that really reflected the owners ideals. The company is based on 4 pillars as well as having 4 in the brand name, so I wanted to focus on the use of the 4. I used 2 reflected 4's combined that also form an "S" for Startup, and Success. It also forms an upward and downward arrow as well as the infinity sign to show process and possibility of this business as well as the businesses it helps...playing on the ideas of "possibility" and "success". It also forms an abstract money sign which is essentially one of the roots of all companies. This logo was completed and accepted in January 2013.
This is a logo I created for the young men's networking group, "Visible in Boston". We wanted to have a very clean, iconic mark that utilized binoculars. The binoculars simply form a "V", pointing up. This logo was completed and accepted in January 2013.
This is a logo created for the music producer and composer, Kelly Mac. I wanted to keep it modern and urban while at the same time keeping it relative and synonymous with the music production industry. This is a logo created for the motosports/extreme sports companty Fearless Freestyle. I really wanted to create something had energy and a strength to it as well as utilizing the double "F"s. This mark has that energy while combining the reflecting "F"s and forming upward arrows within the negative space. The logo was completed and accepted in January, 2013. This is a rebrand logo that was done for the Subsect Skateshop in Des Moines. We wanted to work with a raw, hand-written/hand-painted mark that would allow the brand to expand from appealing only to skaters. The logo was hand-drawn, scanned, vectorized and treated within Adobe Illustrator. It was completed and accepted in December, 2012. Website coming soon
This is a logo created for the filmmaker Charlie Peppers. It was created in conjunction with his upcoming movie release Black and Blue which I also created the branding for. For this logo we really wanted to stick close to home. Playing on his name, keeping the brand recognizable, and cutting straight to the point: showing that his production company and art outlook is capturing lightning in a bottle. The logo was completed and accepted in November 2012.
This is a logo created for the company Real Media Solutions. For this brand I really wanted to work with the idea of completeion (solution), connection and movement within media field. Working with the "r" and the "m" to connect and create a fluid square really simplified that goal and made the mark concrete yet fluid and relatable. Anerio. We really wanted something that reflected the beauty of the name as well as subtly referenced photography. The reference to the aperture blades gives it that photography feel while keeping it somewhat organic, fluid, and using the circle to showcase the collaborative side of the site. This is a logo created for the San Francisco policy research site, SF Policy Watch. The client wanted to work with combined letterforms and negative space, so I used the natural motion that the "S" combined with the "F" created to create the negative space that led to the creation of the arrow, referencing growth, moving forward, results, etc. The logo was completed and accepted in October 2012.
This is a logo created for the company iHold that creates great iphone cases that have attached compartments for credit cards, etc. Utilizing the use of negative space and how the hands play a huge role in iphones and specifically these cases, I really went at this logo with symbolic, recognizable, and conceptual approach. This is a logo created for the fashion designer Austin Scarlett who recently placed 2nd on the Allstars Season of the popular Lifetime Show Project Runway. We really wanted to create something that branded Austin, sticking close to his signature while at the same time creating something from scratch. This is a logo I created for the auto detailing chemical/supplies company
End Result. Clean was the goal from the beginning. I wanted to create something that looked professional, clever, and had a certain movement. I used the 3 lines to create movement while at the same time echoing the "E". The lines also reference the grill of a car as well as the treads of a turning tire. We worked with the ideas of planes and depth within photography as well as the subtley of combining the "T" and the "N" with a hint of viewfinder elements. This is a logo that I created for Emily Leu's upcoming Jewelry line Willow and Cross. She creates beautiful handmade jewelry that really has a sense of cleanliness and identity, and I wanted to portray that through the logo. The mark encompasses both the "W" and the "C" for the two sides of what the brand is, and creates a clean, sharp intersection. This is a logo I created for the management and technology consulting company, Prudentia Group. With the final mark I really wanted to pair technology with precision, using the idea of the grid and ball bearing to create the "P" and an arrow signifying "moving forward". This is a logo that I created for the custom jewelry company Expressed Impressions. Looking into the roots of the company, which revolves around the idea of "custom", I wanted to create something that showed that versatility while still being recognizable as a jewelry company and keeping a certain elegance. Combining the "e" and the "i" while also meshing the sharp geometric feel of the diamond with the flowing elegance of the letterform achieved that. This was a logo created for the appointment-making company Appointment Link. I initially worked with the link/connection piece and created a plus sign that works as the "t" in appointment, and the "L" in link, connecting the two together. The plus sign also less subtly refers to adding an appointment in your calendar, etc. The logo was completed and accepted in July, 2012. It can currently be seen on their website. AppointmentLink.com
This is a logo I created for Kevin McKenna and Herbalife dietary supplements. We worked with the "S" and "U" to create a very organic shape that also echoed the look of the bottles that the supplements come in. The logo was completed and accepted in January 2012 and is currently used as his personal branding on business cards, decals, etc.
This was a logo I created for the fabric sourcing company Caney Embroidery. We really wanted to create something symettrical that incorporated a fabric/lace feel while also working with the "C" for Caney. The logo was completed and accepted in May. 2012.
This is a logo created for the upcoming independent film Black and Blue. It is a film about life in a fraternity and I combined the formal side of fraternities (the tie used an a "A") as well as the not so traditional side (the upside down omega which is one of the letters in the fraternity portrayed in the film). I created this logo for the luxury event planning company, Socialaire Group. I created a letterform out of the "s" and the "g" and gave the form a "royal" feel per the customer's request. This is a logo I created for the software consulting company, Evans Software Consulting. We wanted to keep the logo clean and geometric to echo the very calculated way that computers are designed. I used two "E"s to create an "S" in the negative space having the logo read "E" then "S" for Evans Software. The logo was completed and accepted in January 2012. Website coming soon.

I wanted to work with the 3 letters as well as creating something that had movement and energy while at the same time meshing a technology feel with a "green" organic side. This is a logo I created for BoogieGraphics and their client 4th Family, a company similar to YMCA helping local families. I took the concept of hands to show comfort, acceptance and friendliness. I took a hand showing "4" to represent the 4th in 4th Family, and I used the shape of the bent in thumb to create a heart, showing the love and caring aspect that really makes up the company. The logo was completed and accepted in June, 2012.

I wanted to combine the "p" and the "c" to create a resemblance to a person, showing how the Coalition was based on the needs of the student body.
